Supporting Patient Experience Week 2021

At the Marian Centre we are passionate about improving the experience of our patients.

What does Patient Experience mean?
“Patient Experience is the sum of all interactions, shaped by an organisations culture, that influence patient perceptions across the continuum of care.” (The Beryl Institute).

What is Patient Experience Week?
Patient Experience Week provides a focused time for organisations to celebrate accomplishments, re-energise efforts and honour the people who impact patient experience every day.

From nurses and health professionals to allied health and support services, to patients, families and the wider community – we thank you for your contributions to helping improve the experience of our patients!

Patient Feedback
At the Marian Centre we welcome your feedback and suggestions on how we can improve our service. Are you happy about the care you received at the Marian Centre ? Tell us more about your recent experience.

For general feedback and enquiries, please contact us using the enquiry form provided.
