Eric Allmark
Chief Executive Officer / Director of Clinical Services
In 2021 Eric was appointed the role of Chief Executive Officer and Director of Clinical Services at the Marian Centre. Eric has been Director Of Nursing at the Marian Centre since 2016. He joined the Marian Centre team as one of the original nursing team members in 2007 and previous roles included Nurse Unit Manager, Bed Manager and Staff Educator. As Director of Nursing , Eric is responsible for the overall coordination and management of clinical services whilst providing administrative guidance, supervision and support to staff and patients

Dr Stephen Ford
Medical Director
Dr Stephen Ford is a Consultant Psychiatrist who strives to provide individualised and compassionate care to all patients. He works collaboratively with other health professionals to provide multidisciplinary care.
A Western Australian trained Psychiatrist, Stephen holds subspecialty training in the care of older adults.
Stephen has worked extensively across the public sector in Western Australia. He was previously the clinical lead of the community team at Selby Older Adult Mental Health Service. Until recently he worked at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital on the Consultation-Liaison service providing psychiatric care to hospitalised older adults. He has been in private practice since 2013, caring for adults and older adults between the ages of 18 and 108.
He is a member of the European College of Neuropsychopharmacology.

Danielle Baldock
Therapy Manager
Danielle Baldock graduated from the UWA Psychology programme in 2001 and joined the WA Police Force as an officer. After serving six years she left the Police to pursue her psychology career. Since 2010 she has worked in various organisations including the Sexual Assault Resource Centre, WA Police Health & Welfare, Victim Support and Child Witness Service, Soldier On, and HMAS Stirling. She has continued to study throughout that time, completing a Masters of Business Administration in 2015 and a Masters in Psychology at Murdoch in 2020. In 2018 she joined the Australian Army as a Reserve Psychology Officer.
In 2019 she founded Soldiers & Sirens, a not for profit charity, dedicated to the mental and physical wellbeing of uniform members be they current or ex-serving police, fire, ambulance, corrections or military. She believes in thriving and that to optimise quality of life depends not only on mental wellbeing but physical wellbeing too.
