Dr Hitesh Prajapati is an Australian trained Psychiatrist and holds a fellowship with Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists.

Although his practice is primarily outpatient-based, he also facilitates inpatient admissions to the Marian Centre with special interest in mood disorders (depression, bipolar disorder), anxiety disorder, eating disorder, ADHD, schizophrenia and related disorders, PTSD and personality disorders.

He does not accept Medico-legal or workers’ compensation related matters.

Hitesh has worked extensively across the public sector in Western Australia over last 11 years and has experience in managing diverse population with complex mental health needs in adults between 18-65 years of age. He strives to provide individualised and compassionate care to all patients and at the same time, he works collaboratively with other health professionals to provide a quality multidisciplinary care.

He offers shared care with GPs in rural and remote Western Australia.
