In establishing Anodyne, Dr. Mondello embarked on a mission to revolutionize pain management and psychiatric services by bridging existing gaps and dismantling the isolated approaches prevalent in the current healthcare sector. Driven by a vision to unify varied healthcare services into a seamless, integrative, and forward-thinking system, he aimed to overhaul the traditional frameworks that hindered the provision of state-of-the-art care.

Dr. Mondello excels in executing interventional pain management procedures, with a keen focus on the intersection of psychiatry and chronic pain. He skillfully blends pharmacological treatments and innovative techniques such as ketamine infusion therapy, repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy (rTMS), and stellate ganglion block to address this complex relationship.

With a tenure at Next Step Drug and Alcohol Services in Rockingham, Dr. Mondello has cultivated expertise in addiction medicine, previously holding a role as a CPOP prescriber. His professional interests extend to managing cancer-associated pain and tackling opioid use disorder within the scope of pain medicine. Furthermore, Dr. Mondello is a certified provider of rTMS therapy.
